I've been reading your comic for probably a year and a half now and absolutly love it. And I absolutly love the way that you managed to form not only a coherent sentence, but a coherent comic after the election. I myself have had enough issues trying to properly funnel my anger at the overwhelming stupidity of the American public and have yet to find a way. Fight on.

^_^ Wonderful, wonderful. Now that they've heard it, all we have to do is make them listen.

GO ERIN! I'm one of many swedes/europeans/people who were speechless after hearing about the results from the U.S election. You are entitled to your anger. I understand it. I've even thought of going to the state in order to do a "Lewinsky" and make sure Bush is blown away from the power. As most people I know, I think he's the worst terrorist ever. Speak up, girl! You know most of the world is covering you. :) http://www.sorryeverybody.com/

I meant to tell you how much your recent political comic means to me. It summed up my feelings better than I would ever be able to.

i've been a long time reader but i've never left a comment or anything before, until nov.5's comic. i applaud you for acknowledging (to what i perceive) is a mistake by americans. i'm canadian, and has been following the election...judging by the results kerry was voted in the countries that were deemed more educated, which says a lot. come to canada! everyone's welcome here...healthcare for everyone, multiculturalism, gay marriage...generally more freedom i think, because bush has been taking away rights rather than drafting up new ones to ensure equality. i live in vancouver, sure it rains all the time, but i'm proud to say we have a respected gay and trans community (just walk along davies street downtown and you'll see the evidence). also, i'd like to thank you for the hours of enjoyment your comic has provided me. :)

I was thinking about your comic of today *nov 5 04* and I remembered something I heard on tv about US gay/les citizens immigrating to Canada. They said nowadays Canada became more *american-dream*-like than the us. Sad to hear somehow (I mean "yay for Canada *I'm from it* but it's sad to see a country step back in some way) And you know, if you're ever to sick of it, move up here (health-care system, religion under control *no you CAN'T decide what will happen in my bedroom* and gay marriage *yay! ^_^* Plus u get the assurance you'll have a white christmas! :P bye! Geneviève p.s.: Real nice job on your comic, It's the kinda one that when you discover it you can't stop yourself from going back to the beginning and read until today even if it takes the night! ^_^

Sorry, but, errr, I have followed your site for several months now and really like both your artwork and your story line! However, I'm a little concerned about the "funk" you are in. Although her listing was a little dis-jointed, I fully understand what Geena was trying to say. She has a very valid point, Erin! This country has survived because of what it is and how it was formed. I am a history teacher in the greater Boston area, which is a very Democratic, liberal part of the country. Having been raised in a strong, Democratic, Irish family, I have always been both liberal and a Democrat. Granted, I was crushed by the election, but being one who loves and knows US history, I also feel confident that things will work out to the positive. So, chin up girl! All is not lost and keep up your incredible work!
