I just found the comic a couple days ago, and didn't stop reading it until I was done. Absolutely fantastic work. The characters are so real! They are dynamic, multidimensional human beings that I can easily envision meeting in real life. Major kudos to you Erin, keep up the excellent work! =)

i really like zoe's leaf dress.
so what's the big deal about zoe being transexual? i've been reading the comic for a hew months now, and i've stopped thinking of zoe as a transexual- to me, she is a girl, with some kinda complicated problems. erin, i'm really enjoying your comic about a normal teenage girl. i mean, don't we all have something we feel self concious about? at least zoe doesn't have to worry about being short...
keep up the GREAT work- i really look forward to reading venus envy every day, or when i can. write more more more and faster!

The dress effect worked very well. It perfectly conveys that feeling of standing out from normal reality that is craved whenever buying clothes.
The contrast between this "perfect dress" and Zoe being drop dead tired works fantastically.

I've signed the guestbook before, but I just wanted to say that I also like seeing the "normal" side of Zoe. The whole point of enlightening people on transsexual issues is to try and teach them that it's a part of the rest of your life, not your entire being. I check this comic every day and I love it whether the focus is on her transition or the other stress in her life. I would send alcohol, but I'm actually not old enough to buy it yet...sorry!

Zoe is a fun time, I enjoy her character. I want to know more about her tastes and stuff though.
All we see is basic stuff, we don't get to know HER. Or Larson. I wanna know more about Larson. And Brianna.
I love the comic though. It's my personaly favorite, and I read it every morning.
